The principal objectives of this note are: to provi de new information on the megaflora within the Antarctic Península during the late Jurassic and early Cretaceous; to suggest the relationship with Patagônia and the treatment and distribution of Ptilophyllum whose species Ptilophyllum antarcticum has been sufficiently studied and acknowledged in Antarctica and Patagônia
